Arrived in Plymouth around 2:30. I asked a police officer how do you get to the rock? I said it a little jokingly and he laughed. I walked down to the rock and looked around. A local said I should walk out on the pier as it is about 1.5 mile walk. I only put an hour in the meter so I needed to keep moving. I ran ½ the way.
