Awoke to the local commercial fisherman heading out from the boat ramp this morning. After talking to locals, these guys normally net for mullet and flounder. As the flounder head out to coast for winter, mullet is what they are catching with the odd stray guest flounder. Hi We are a Rotorua kiwi couple heading off on our big motorhome adventure around NZ after a year in the planning. Leaving our jobs (Cheryl - Radiology Manager & Lance -Accountant) is scary but also exciting as we celebrate our midlife with no income and semi independent adult children.
