Today the 31st May 2015 is a special day, it is two years to the day when we left our favourite farm on a cold and very wet afternoon to head over to Western Australia, well to head West and flip a coin at Alice anyway. Back in the November of 2008, we embarked on an adventure that would take us out of everything that we were so familiar with, a comfortable life in the UK, friends, family and the English countryside.
