We had decided to head to Kamakura for the day, as it is an easy and interesting day trip from Tokyo. We left around 8:30 and took the subway to Shinjuku station. Here we were able to buy transport passes that would allow us to take the train to and from Fujisawa, which is connected by tram to Kamakura.
