So wise to use intuition!
Yes, three goats sacrificed vs hundreds and enjoying spring weather in the less populated spot vs a hard climb and thousands of people--these sound like wise decisions. It seems as we age, it seems we no longer feel that need to "prove" that we can make it "all the way," and accept the blessings of knowing when we've arrived. Such an amazing experience that most of us will never experience--thanks for sharing!
