Should we trust the weather forecast in Vietnam...maybe not! After Halong, we waited few hours with a good meal in Hanoi before boarding our night train to Lao Cai. The weather forecast was pretty clear for the coming days in Sapa...it was going to rain...a lot! Rainy days and green terraces
Gorgeous terraces, thanks to the drizzle! I've seen photos of these same terraces, but dull brown in the comfy dry season. For me, the spring green photos are worth it. Congtats on your shoe holding out to the end!

I'm cheating a little on some of my pictures, as one of my camera has a cool "vivid colors" options....makes the world way greener! Spring is the wet season in the North, so we were very blessed to have one beautiful day! And beautiful it was, indeed!
