The weather has been amazing here in Nairobi. We have been swimming alot and enjoying being outside. The kids all had their swim galas at school. Murray and Charlotte competed in the Mt Kenya 10 to 4 Race. Murray did the Classic, which is 70km, starting from 10,000feet on the slops of Mt Kenya, down to 4,000feet finishing in Borana conservancy.
