A Large Public Whiteboard

Apparently this board had been erected near the central meydan in Izmit for people to express their aspirations in writing. I can't read Turkish but Sofian translated a few of the inscriptions: 'transparency', 'rights', 'no corruption' I seem to recall as being three such messages.
