Morning Delivery

I only saw the morning meat delivery twice in the two years I was in Dhaka. He had usually passed by long before I was up and the shops were halfway through butchering the first cow when I drove by. Except for those two morning, when the cows were still on the hoof, I watched butchers getting fresh beef ready to be sold every morning as I drove to school.
