Onwards and upwards - Ulleri to Ghorepani

Monday, October 6th - Ulleri (1930m) to Ghorepani (2875m) - height gain 945m - 5 hours Up reasonably early for our second day of trekking. We knew we were in for more uphill but not as bad as day 1. Finally after another long countdown, the three of us, as a family, are heading back to Nepal! This year we'll be trekking to the Annapurna Base Camp. Gav and I have trekked this route before however, it will be Mia's first time on this path, but her 2nd Nepal trek after doing the Poon Hill trek a couple of years ago. Thanks to our gorgeous friends, we'll also be visiting a couple of children's homes to drop off great quality 2nd hand clothing to help the less fortunate kids.
