It's Election time! Little announcing cars on the go!
November 22nd 2014 It's election time in Kaohsuing. Yes, even Taiwan has elections. But the funny thing about elections here is the way the Taiwanese solicit voters. Supporters ride these little jeeps and take a huge megaphone and blast music and announcements, that can be heard up to the 15th, even 20th floor some friends have told me!
