October 5 – The Rob Roy Glacier sits in the Matukituki Valley in Mt. Aspiring National Park. To get to the trail head, we first had to ford the river 5 or 6 times. Incredible photos, even in the mist!
Great landscapes, fabulous bridge and a glimpse of glacier--wow! How great that you had Brian as your salesperson to spur to further than you thought you could go, and how wise to know your limits, so that you chose to enjoy your nook in the tree. Traveling offers so many opportunities for us to explore our edges--where can we push past them, and where should we remain safe. Happy explorations!
