Wild Flowers on the Sand Dune

This was the sand dune we climbed from the road to see the salt pan. The soft sand quickly filled my shoes so I took them off. The sand was hot but lovely to sink your feet into.

We awoke to discover that it was still too windy and in the wrong direction to travel to Coober Pedy so we paid for another night.
