Lights and delights!
What a feast for the eyes and palate, and how great to have guides who knew their way around the exotic dishes. I looked up some of the dishes you named, but for Mee kerang, I only got sites in Malasian. Whatever, the noodles look delish!

It was a real treat all round. I don't think I will be recreating any of these dishes at home....I will have to go back for more!
