I was offered the opportunity to be a Research Fellow at IFOM in Milan, doing cancer research on DNA repair. If anyone is interested in the science, look up d'adda di Fagagna and read the abstract of his last paper, or ask me and I can summarize what it is we study and what I will be doing. I left the US on August 27th, 2014 and got here, to Milan, on the 28th. I will be here for a year as a research fellow. Afterwards I would ideally stay and work towards my PhD, or maybe a masters, or maybe go down to Pavia, a city an hour south of Milan where my PI has another lab, and work towards my mast... full info
