Underground delights!
Wow, you really got to see the secret places of this great city! I've been there a few times, but never knew of these underground treasures--I'll look for them next time--thanks. Fine photo of the pools that mark the site of the World Trade Centers; hopefully, there were fine walkways and benches to enjoy the sound of the falling water. And like you, I love Central Park and also Riverside Park--I'll have to check out your old railway park next time--thanks for the great tips.

WTC memorial - lots of people
It was not really possible to sit down at the WTC memorial site and enjoy anything when we were there because there were thousands of people there. Maybe if you go there early in the morning it's different or at other times of the year. During holiday season and at lunchtime it is not (surprise, surprise) a quite place /A
