I have traveled to 48 cities on five continents and all of the United States. My foreign adventures were with the Department of State Citizen Ambassador Program. Since 1990, former communist countries have reorganized as democratic federations. Russia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania, and others invited American judges, lawyers, and court officials to teach them western law. We went into courtrooms, labor farms, and prisons.
