My hemoglobin level has been restored and I am full of energy. I feel like I'm 50 again.

April 7 – Monday - I was having my surgery today. I haven’t eaten anything since Saturday when I was put on a liquid diet. I just chewed on cracked ice. The nurses gave me a bottle of some kind of laxative to clean me out which I drank. It wasn’t as bad as the other stuff they gave me on Friday, or as much. When I post a blog I try and provide some practical and useful information on the location I visit in the blog for the frugal/budget traveler.
