Dear Japan, where you been all my life? .... 5 days in Tokyo June 17th 2014 There are so many juxtapositions between the old world and the new world here. Japan is super technological and making great advances into the future and living symbiotically. Tokyo has a huge population but they are all living with peace and nature in a megatropolis. After traveling the world: 16 countries over 5 continents, 14 new US states writing and taking numerous photos I am always asked "whats your favorite place?". My answer is all. I was born in Nepal and raised in Hawaii. Maybe one of those if I had to choose? For the most part we always want to be where we are not. It's that pot of gold at the end of the rainbow.
