I now know why so many people visit the Caribbean. We have just spent two weeks on the idyllic Corn Islands which sit just off the eastern coast of Nicaragua. Over the past ten years we have travelled to over 30 countries across 5 continents and we now now find ourselves in South America where we plan to settle for a time and work as English teachers.
