I’m writing this on an almost deserted beach on the pacific coast close to the Nicaraguan border. We are in El Esteron just east of Playa El Euco. Over the past ten years we have travelled to over 30 countries across 5 continents and we now now find ourselves in South America where we plan to settle for a time and work as English teachers.
