South America
First of let’s talk about the food ( why do I always go there first ?? ). South America has something for just about everybody. Obviously the countries we visited are all coastal and seafood is # 1.
Great ceviche ( raw seafood cooked in lemon or lime juice with spices ) in Ecuador as well as the famous Ecuadorian Shrimp and Prawns.
