Although today was market day we purposely avoided going. We did the same on Monday, avoided the market. The availability for fresh food and produce is so tempting here that I find I am continually buying food. Our fridge and freezer are bulging at the seams so I want to make sure that we eat what we have before I buy any more.

Rick and I are Canadians who retired in 1999. At that time Rick made me a promise that I would only see snow again should I wish too. I did not wish to then or now.
We prepared our sailboat, Wind-Borne III (Bayfield 36) to sail south to the Caribbean. We lived aboard and island hopped in the Caribbean for 6 years and then in 2007 became part time cruisers, spending our winter months island hopping and the summer months back in Canada.
