In the valley of the sun I write this on our last night in Mexico City and our penultimate night in Mexico. I don’t even feel like we have scratched the surface, Mexico and its people are incredible. Over the past ten years we have travelled to over 30 countries across 5 continents and we now now find ourselves in South America where we plan to settle for a time and work as English teachers.
