Postcards from Beatty, NV December 23rd 2013 Beatty, NV, is a tiny town of 800 people. There is a casino, a bar, a Dennys, a Museum, a candy store, some hotels, a thrift shop, a general store, a few burros... But it's quite close to the Death Valley National Park, and that keeps people coming through.
