A Nice Break From the Road in Sweet Beaufort

The Ocracoke / Cedar Island Ferry took us to North Carolina where, after a bit of a trip on a narrow road through salt marsh, we pulled into Beaufort. We are a couple, now in our early 70's, traveling in a 34" Holiday Vacationer Motor Home. Wes is a GE pensioner who just ended a 50 + year career, most recently consulting with the company.
