Receiving Tika

Santosh's sister Maiya receives tika from her husband's father. He puts a few grains of red-dyed rice on her forhead, saying a blessing for health or long life or something along those lines. Then he tucks some of the wheat and rice stalks in her hair or behind her ear and gives her money.
