Neptune's Terrace on Cerro Santa Lucia

Ornate series of terraces as part of a landscaped park in the city centre. It was transformed from a barren, rocky hill by former mayor Benjamín Vicuña Mackenna in the 19th Century. Trails lead up to Torre Mirador, another city viewpoint.
