We arrived in Krems an der Donau on Saturday afternoon and after settling into our hotel room, walked down the main street of the town. The shops were open as were the wine bars and restaurants. I travel with Greg, my husband and when we travel we usually are away from home for 3 months. We started this sort of travel in 2010 when we travelled mainly through Central Europe; in 2011 we traveled for 3 months in Greece (my birth country); in 2012 we travelled in mainly northern Italy and France.
