Cuckoo Clocks, Apfelwein, and Green Sauce

When I think of our time in Frankfurt, my mouth starts to water. From a friend who lives in Frankfurt I learned that the local favorite dishes are Possman Apfelwein and schnitzel with green sauce. We are a family of 5, traveling to see life outside of our own neighborhood. We plan to home school our kids and use travel to provide educational and fun field trips for our family (parents included).
