We forgot to mention yesterday that we could not follow our direct route to Page, AZ due to a detour. Unlike the short detours we are use to back East, this one took us 62 miles out of our way. Also, our GPS kept trying to redirect us to dirt roads on Indian reservations. In the morning of Day 8 we toured the Glen Canyon dam and recreation area.
