The Hon Kjell Bergh (Consul Tanzania) and I were escorted by the Evangelical Lutheran Church of Tanzania (ELCT) Karagwe Diocese General Secretary, Mr. Erasto Kamihanda who showed us the place reserved for us--a table under one of the tents.
