Hoi An 2 - Full Moon Festival, rain and haggling.

It is Really Raining here - started yesterday after we got back from shopping, and nearly 24 hours later shows no sign of stopping. This made the Full Moon festival a rather damp affair, to put it mildly, with no chance of a glimpse of the actual moon.
