We were very privileged to travel in Business Class the 11h flight to Buenos Aires. We spent 3 days there, 2 with Steve's dad and one rainy day before our flight to Rio. There the average steak on the menu weights 1kg and if you want vegetables you have to order it separate. The city reminded me of Milan with its old buildings and cafés.
