What a travesty. . . . they have about 4 of these beautiful dogs up here that are kept sedated and then poked and prodded into poses for the tourists. Enough to make this grown man cry

Next stop after Vigan was Baguio City; 1500m above sea level and another cool micro climate (22deg C flalling to 14 overnight).
