For as long as I can remember I have always been interested in Asia, I love the people, the culture and especially the food, going to Hong Kong to see the Chinese New Year celebrations has been a dream of mine for over 2 decades! I think it all started when I was young with our weekly take away night, I would always hope it was Chinese. As a child you are told that you eat sweet things at the end of your meal for desert, so imagine my amazement when I tried Chinese food for the first time, stir fried chicken coated in a sweet and sticky sauce hmmm!!
