In July of 2011, we made the decision to leave our comfortable jobs in Northern California to see the world. We weren’t sure where we were going to go or how long we would be gone, but we wanted an adventure and we knew we could find it if we looked carefully enough. Safety in Mexico
We feel absolutely safe in Mexico. That being said, we're not your "typical" tourists! We don't hang out in bars, go out late at night, etc. We also live in towns that are "tourist-approved"; i.e., Guanajuato, Puerto Escondido, etc. I'm glad you're following us; I really like your blogs, too, especially the boy selling rocks!
