The Exit Glacier was at the spot where the photo was taken only a few years ago. It's startling to see just how quickly it's receding.

When I set up the trip from Seward to Kenai Fjord National Park, the boat was to leave at 11:30 in the morning. Seward is located about 120 miles from Anchorage.
