A Weekend Away - Nha Trang December 4th 2006 Just back from a lovely weekend in the beach resort of Nha Trang. We just missed the tail-end of the Typhoon Durian which cost many lives in the Philipines. Even a couple of days before the storm was due, waves were battering the coast. Ok, so we're not really traveling at the moment. We're back in Edinburgh.
From 2005-2008 we were in Asia and based in Vietnam for over two years of the time. There were plenty of side-trips from Ho Chi Minh to neighbouring cities and countries.
