This donkey started making very weird and threatening sounds when we passed it. It was cute, though.

Our hostel here in Göreme is great for sleeping: no noise, no heath at night and real blankets and pillows. So, we slept until 10am (or I did, Leo woke up at 8). According to fi.wikipedia.org: "An explorer (=tutkimusmatkailija) is a person who explores new areas by traveling there in person." Our nick came into being more as an internal joke, but it fits quite well to wikipedia's definition so we've kept it so far! :) Although we don't aspire to become a new Ferdinand Magellan our goal is still to travel around the world.
