After completing auditions for the remake of the Italian Job we dropped down into a mist-laden valley hiding the ski and summer resort of Lago di Laceno. Between seasons, a ghost resort with nary an animal grazing to break the eerie silence. A long time traveller with a father with itchy feet who encouraged me to see all. So glad the pandemic is over! Another long sojourn in Europe this year 2023 with an exciting three weeks in Sri Lanka as the culmination of the trip. Graeme and I travel well together and enjoy exploring some of the unusual and some of the well-trodden sights the world has to offer. Spring and Summer
It looks like just as here - in my homeland Latvia. And it seems - this paysage covers everything around, till horizon. I can smell the grass... And these modest poppies.
