28.11.2011 Antofagasta After dropping Lesley off at the airport, we headed back into town to get our Car papers so we can leave the country. We had to search for a while to find the registrario civil, and when we finallz found it, they told us that we have to wait another 21 days for the papers to be in the system..just another example of how slow and complicated south america is.. ... read more
