The texture of the clouds + the gleaming architecture + the unusual color of the artificial lights give the photo an otherworld, dream-like sensation. Excellent photo!

Thanks Michelle! I was especially lucky with the clouds that afternoon, but still needed to take numerous shots and frequently tweak camera settings before this magical image was realised.
