This Is Not a Coat Rack

I guess one of the things that ticked him off was when we laid our coats on the seats of this adjacent booth. I think that's a serious no-no in Germany. He made us move them. Best of all was when he brought the bill after dinner. The total came out to something like 42 Euro so Gail gave him a 50 Euro note and a 2 Euro coin so that he could give us a full 10 in change. He took that and kept the 10 as his tip. Boy was he mad when Gail called him over and said he forgot to give us change. Tipping is included in the bill but diners usually let the waiter have the change left over after rounding up the bill. But there was no way this guy deserved a 25% tip.
