Welcome to our site where we are going to chronicle the adventures we have throughout 2012 on our Big Lap of Australia. We left our home on January 7 and have spent the last few weeks in our camper trailer, ironing out all the bugs (and there have been a few). In March we commence a 12 month trip around Australia with our children Suzannah (14) and William (9) and Brandi our 12 yr old Border Collie. Accommodation is in a camper trailer being pulled by an 80 series Landcruiser fitted with all the good gear! Our aim is to see some of the more remote regions of the country via a number of Australia's great 4WD treks. Along the way we hope to pick up some seasonal work to supplement our income and afray our expenses.... full info
