Cán bột (Spreading steamed rice sheets onto frames)

Step 3 for making rice papers: Steamed rice goes down from the conveyor belt and spreads onto bamboo frames. The rice sheets are then brought outside for drying. The final step is to cut them into 6-7 round pieces (Bước 3: Bột được hấp chín đi từ băng chuyền xuống và cán bằng máy lên nong phơi. Sau đó bánh đa được dem phơi khô và cắt tròn cũng bằng máy. Phần bột dư thừa khi cán bằng máy sẽ được dùng làm thức ăn cho lợn).
