Chapter 5 -DAY 1 - London to Monterosso (Cinque Terre Italy) October 11th 2011 Today was a very interesting one to say the least, the shackles had been released (in the nicest possible way) from the strict routine required to get 38 people in a coach around 14 countries of Europe in 33 days, and we were on our own!

We are new to travelling and new to blogging. The kids are off our hands and the mortgage is under control so we're celebrating doing the hard yards - and surviving them by heading off on our Big OE (about 30 years late)! We leave Wellington New Zealand on 23 July and will spend 3 months exploring UK/Europe,a mixture of organised tours and independent travel.
