Today was our day to leave Poggiacolle. We spent quite a bit of time visiting with Stefano this morning. He is such a super guy. We have to return to his farm to see how it changes over the years. He has many plans. From there we went briefly into San Gimignano to get some souvenirs that we wanted. Then it was off to Montalcino.

I am creating this blog as a way to journal our family's year in Quebec for our friends and family to enjoy our exploits. The distinctness of the Quebec culture means it is probably the closest we will come to a "Year in Provence", or other such European experience while still being in North America.
