After breakfast (with Elvis of course) we set off for the Stax museum. Back in my teens I loved Soul and Motown music; still do actually, especially the 60's stuff. I live in the UK but have lived in Australia too - married with 3 grown up children, retired teacher now on staff team at big church where I work mainly with students, mentoring and discipling but also part of the prayer and prophetic team. My husband is a very newly retired policeman and we are just gearing up for a retirement trip to the US Deep South where we intend to explore the roots of all the music we've loved so much all our lives..................hope to blog for the first time as we plan and set off on this trip.... full info
