A Jaunt Through Weston, Missouri October 3rd 2011 A year has flown by since I moved to Kansas City, MO. and I kept hearing of this gem of a town, just North of the Missouri River. Known for their microbrewry, cheese, and quaint atmosphere situated by a popular state park.
